The infrastructure of oppresssion across the West Bank is not just a physical set of barriers and constraints. It's also a psychological strategy, designed to demoralise and break the Palestinian people emotionally and spiritually. Olive Co-operative are running an Architecture, History and Culture Tour of Palestine and Israel from 11th - 18th October 2008.
The tour group will explore the way in which architecture is being used and abused in the conflict, with the construction of hill-top settlements, the demolition of Palestinian homes and the annexation of important religious and architectural sites behind the Wall.
